I think from reading the Bible my entire life to this point that the numbering system of days-months-years was not GOD's idea; and that HE meant for our lives on earth to be less stressed with time pressures, by setting the distinguishing mark of change to sun-up, sun-down. But humans being what they are planned stress into their own lives when they decided to create calendars and added in their own holidays, feast days, celebrations" to be forcibly observed by most in a country.
Now then, having written that, since humans do those things, and designated a "new year's eve" arbitrarily then maybe it could serve some useful purpose instead of massive slaughter on nations' highways from boozed up, dr-ugg-ed glassy eyed partiers; and adulterous men and women looking in places other than home for gratification. YEA, I know that is not popular to write that, but it's the nurse in me. The same nurse that years ago worked in emergency rooms and saw the mangled bodies, and dead on arrivals from such. That ER stint changed my mind forever about NY Eve celebrations. And I think that is generally true for most RN's and MD's--they prefer their families safe at home on that treacherous night.
OK, so to get to the point: since the world recognizes a turning point in history today from 2011 yrs after the birth of THE LORD JESUS to 2012 yrs after the birth of THE LORD JESUS, and you want to celebrate that occasion some way, why not do some serious soul-searching of yourself, and see where you fall short of GOD's expectations for your life? Ask yourself : am I doing what I was born to do? And if the answer is yes, then please write a book about it, and start tonight. Or paint it on canvas, or write a song--something so the world knows/experiences it in some way. If the answer is no, then make some committment to THE CREATOR GOD, to become all HE wants you to be. Repent of the sins named in the Bible. Ask GOD to help you start again--be born again so your outlook on life is from HIS viewpoint. Read the Bible for wisdom--it's life little instruction book. And don't model your life after the bad people in the Bible. The only reason they are included is that it also includes their fall from grace, and punishment if you read long enough to get to that part of it. The Bible teaches that the promises of GOD do come true. And that over time, in the 'long run" those who please GOD, prevail; and those who don't please GOD, are punished in some way--for leaders it is removal from power forever, or until they repent; and for really wicked it is death from earth and second death of hell; damnation according to Revelations . I particularly love the King James Holy Bible for its language.
I pray that GOD does great and might things around the world this year--removes the wicked from high places and replaces them with those obedient to GOD; & punishes those who kill innocents; rights the sinking titanic of the U .S. ; and gives a 'well done" reward [read Deuteronomy chapter 28, for more on this] to those who love HIM & Obey HIM.

My Most recent Painting I painted in oils :"the Lawn"
Hopefully, you will see above this text, my photo of my most recent painting "entitled "the lawn", just completed; or sort of. I might in time add "people" [imaginary] to it but for now, it's done. And yes, I know the slates are not even--I wanted it to look as if a homeowner used "irregulars" [not the most expensive pieces] to build his or her patio foundation, and put the grout to accomodate the pieces they had, and not the pieces to accomodate the grout between them. And yes, I know the "vanishing point" is different for the patio 's slate foundation and the jute rug. I intended it to look as if the homeowner was so happy to have laid a patio floor successfully that he or she simply threw the rug into place without trying to line it up with the grout.
Also, I have to add that this painting has taken my MONTHS longer than any other painting I painted in my lifetime, because I started it in June, this year, and shortly afterward, a woman in my hometown, unknown to me [but wonder if my 2nd exhusband paid her to try to run over me] drove into me as I was walking in crosswalk, with her van; instantly fracturing my ribs, and I went flying backwards, struck my head on pavement, and have had several months of nearly incapacitating dizziness and headaches as a result. So I am sort of like the imaginary homeowner who threw the rug over the irregular patio--just glad it is done enough to put aside for a while. It sat on my large easel for weeks on end, and I wondered IF I would ever be able to complete it. After that event @ crosswalk, my balance was awful; I could not draw or paint a straight line, I knocked over almost everything [inks, solvents] etc while trying to pick them up, and the first sketch I did afterwards was so dismal I thought my "career" as artist was over. So this painting represents real progress for me, and thank GOD for that.
Also, I signed it because in the past 20 years of my painting as artist in oils, there were two other times that I set aside a painting to think on it,let the paint dry some before adding to it, and didn't sign it, and the 2 paintings vanished--were stolen. So now, I sign whatever I consider even "probably finished-not sure" works I create.
Also, this is not the "professional" photo of it, but one I took with my cell phone [or one of them--I have several for several reasons]; and I had to rephotograph it three times because the first time it was fractured i.e. split into six components and scrambled all around to look to look like a puzzle by whom??? Cell phone carrier?? ISP??? Google???
Anyway, as always I own the copyright and all rights to all of my paintings, photos, images, sketches, drawings in any form , format,technique, medium of art, style [css, blog, website,album,folder,single image], digitally or hardcopy; whether photographed with my cell phones and or my digital cameras [two so far]; and whether photographed by me or someone who did so without authority. I have never sold the copyright to my paintings, sketches or drawings in pen/inks, pencils, watercolor, etc. I know that several paintings and possibly some sketches were stolen from me by people breaking into places I had them.
It is for me sort of like the imaginary homeowner must have felt after many hours trying to accomplish a reasonably acceptable something from nothing.

PS Also, I realize after adding it here it looks somewhat lop-sided! I am not sure if that is because I am somewhat lop-sided when standing from injuries I endured in July 2006, and is simply the photo angle or it is truly painted lop-sided. At any rate, it is what it is; for the time being. I repainted that forward facing chair about 6-7 times to try to make the perspective right so it would look as if someone could walk in and sit it in. And for the record it is 60 inches wide and 48 inches tall; and in oils.And in places it looks like I applied paint with a trowel! Do you have any idea how hard it is to cover lipstick red oil paint after it dries?
P.S again: I have to remind world that I also PHOTOGRAPH extensively and there's a difference in my photographs that are merely photographs and my photographs that are of created paintings, sketches, drawings that I drew/sketched/painted, etc. I think my repository site with many of my genre photographs [merely,only] is up still at gloriapoole.com/photography, if you are interested. I have to write this for the isp censors I suppose who since I bought a new cell phone and a new digital camera [while keeping the "old" ones] have tried to prevent me from using them for my own photos and my own blogs. I have photographed probably 10,000 or more times scenes in nature, the Rocky Mountains when I lived in zip code 80203 [from spring 2007-Oct-2009] and flowers, trees, sunsets, stormy skies, architecture,pastures, landscapes, cows; and occasionally people but generally speaking the only people I photograph are my own 2 daughters and their families. I did at one time photograph some for a newspaper and would again if I could. I hate to admit that the injuries caused so much damage to me but it is true.
Also for the record, I know/am aware that MANY of the domains with my very name on them, that I ordered, bought , paid for, and created the sites of, were stolen from me by cybercriminals. I realized long ago that the web is a 'dog eat dog' sort of environment with little governance; and that honest people seem to be at disadvantage on it. I have considered "taking my life-works private" by totally quitting the 'net forever; in an effort to get control of my name and created works. I like being generous with my works I create, and like having a way to share them for people to view. But it does upset me greatly when cybercriminals STEAL the images of them, and the accompanying domains I had them on, with the help of unscrupulous hosting companies selling my domains out from under me, while they were paid up and current. Now, of course, since Obama and his political censors have attacked my computers relentlessly since his second campaign started and blocked my online payments through Paypal [while allowing unauthorized persons to try to apply my funds to their causes], I have realized there is no safe way to buy anything on the web with any guarantee of certainty. Political speech is attacked by the democrats often--I am proof of that.
Update at 1:14pm: criminals probably the Obama voodoo crew are still breaking into my gmail acct ; probably thinking they are hindering my ability to oppose Obama. Just so you know. To FBI in Kansas City: could you, would you get rid of criminals breaking into my acct from remote????

There Was Another Attempt to Censor My Words
After I wrote that previous post opposing the Obama plan to promote over the counter synthetic hormones to minor girls ages 16 & 17, there was an invasion of computer, and attempt by probably Obama & Sebelius & or Pentagon [who is the strong-arm for Obama's hacking team] to illegally censor my speech in violation of first amendment liberties, by attacking my google account. I think the invasion into my computer began when I responded via "direct message" to what I now think was a a fake/spoofed twitter handle; and then which seemed to open a back door into my desktop. The fake and or spoofed twitter handle I replied to is "personhoodMD" to a man with display name of "Stephen". Which I realized later after thinking on the wording of the "DM" sent to me should probably have raised some doubt in my mind as to the purpose of it. I know my 2nd exhusband told me when he was married to me in yr about 2004 [divorced in Oct 2007] that he used alias "Steve" on internet sometimes. So I probably shouldn't have responded to that DM. At any rate, here's what happened: 2 files with names "goog.phish.shavar" appeared on my desktop computer, and they or something blocked/ hacked my google account to prevent me being able to send gmail from my acct. When I tried five times to send an email from my acct, I received a cannot send error and there was "att" showing in the url address at the time. However, my landline telephone is not in the service of AT&T. So it seems the cybercriminal was trying to redirect my dsl line to AT&T servers, for their purposes.
And it was failing because AT&T is not my isp. However, I do have an AT&T cell phone and the govt knows it because it is listed on my state of Missouri records for my RN license and on one of my twitter accts and almost no where else. So I know Missouri State Board of Nursing does not routinely give out confidential info on nurses, so I reason that the cybercriminal got my info from my twitter acct via a malware "follower" or that "direct message" with phishing payload.
I am posting this after having notified Google of those files and after having notified my isp telephone [wired] company; and in order to alert the public to the methods of those with unscrupulous intentions. I have had reason all along to believe that twitter accounts are 'shared" somewhere with those the acct owner has no control over [do they upload or link 'seamlessly" with Facebook, for instance] and no information as to who is "sharing" your acct against your will? And the reason I suspect that is that sometimes "followers" dressed in inappropriate manner and whose goals seem to have nothing whatsoever in common with my tweets, appear as "followers" of mine and every time that has happened, something on my computer got messed up. So to sum up, there seems to be a way for a drive-by cyber-attack via twitter "followers" that is supposedly a passive event to the tweeter but I am convinced is not. Be very cautious in opening any link or DM from suspicious followers. I don't think the state of Maryland [the MD in that personhood DM] has a personhood movement or amendment pending, and I am reasonably sure who ever sent it is a black person because the question was did I approve or agree with the Dred Scott decision which concerned black people and public schools if I remember my history correctly.
This is the information I have today on this. Posting here so public knows: "followers" on twitter are not necessarily who they pretend to be; and may include malicious script to hijack your computer. I have known from the very first time I tweeted that twitter is not secure--and does not encrypt passwords etc. But like everyone else probably also thinks, it serves a useful purpose for me if I am ever-vigilant for malware from bad guys or bad girls.

There's no right way to do the wrong thing
I am quoting a former President and I think it was Abe Lincoln who said that there's no right way to do the wrong thing. I am leading into my argument against Levonorgestrel which is generic name w trade name of "plan B". I had to think on this some as at first it appeared Dept HHS Secretary Sebelius had done something good by restricting by executive order the killer drug Levonorgestrel which is a synthetic hormone , which alters chemically the lining of the uterus to prevent the fertilized human embryo from nesting there to grow and get nourishment. She limited it to age 17 to be able to walk into any pharmacy and buy it over the counter like coffee,or any product any Pharmacist in US or "chemist' as known in Europe would sell in retail business.

I want to expand on the subject some so there is no misunderstanding about it. Hormones are substances normally produced within a human's body to act as "triggers' to certain events. They are powerful. If you don't think so, ask yourself why CONGRESS often subpoenas athletes & drug makers to testify about how they affected their muscle mass and systems of human body. And ask yourself why they are absolutely prohibited in Olympics, college football, pro football, all professional sports and competitions. The answer is because they so alter the body that the performance of those enhanced with steroids [hormones ] that those not so enhanced cannot compete. Now keep that thought in your mind...
Obama is crowing about his & Dept of Health Human Services' Secretary Sebelius deciding to restrict similar hormones to prescription only for girls under 16. On the face of it, of course you think, that's smart. But when you really think on it, you see it is a trick --a legal manuevering to LOWER the age of need for a prescription for killer hormones from what was 17 for girls to 16 with new order of Sec Sebelius. Now ask yourself: if hormones are bad for boys and or grown men, why are they good for young girls? Especially hormones that tamper with/alter the uterus with unpredictable future results? Why is the prolife movement across nation falling for this trick of Obama--the worst President in history as far as civil liberties for all, is concerned? Humans in womb must have civil liberties including the right to life, also. It is way past time for this nation to get that accomplished.
Drugs that kill are not good for any age. That Levonorgestrel is intended to cause a chemical abortion. It is a hormone with all risks associated with using hormones in the wrong way. And it is a synthetic chemical, not even naturally produced, so what is it made from?? Why is the same nation that freaks out over the thought of fish contaminated with oil, so eagerly willing to accept chemicals that alter a girl's or woman's reproductive tract? And that has HUGE risks of deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolus, death?? Explain it to me, because I am a Registered Nurse, with current license in Missouri; and I cannot comprehend how any GOOD parent would consent to giving minors such hormones. I cannot comprehend how any intelligent being on this planet would be persuaded to take such risks IF they knew the truth. Of course the entire tactic of the sponsors of it, the Pharmaceutical companies & Planned Parenthood & Obama make fortunes off killing of those in womb. Killing innocents with drugs is not morally superior to killing them with surgical scapels. "Plan B" is morally equivalent to "Zyklon B" nerve gas that was used to gas to death the "unwanted" jews in Nazi regime in Europe.They are both evil uses of medical science, to produce death instead of life to its unfortunate victims. Don't be deceived by the latest trick of Obama to try position himself as somehow acceptable for next 4yr Presidency. He is NOT acceptable! He is ruining this nation, laying plan after plan to depopulate the nation & take control of even who is allowed to have children. Should the U S government agency set up by Congress to rule over medical decisions ever authorize/approve/rubber stamp a drug that has the intent of killing? I say NO.
It is nazi medicine. It is evil. And the age of the unfortunate victim siphoned into abortionists' territory by school-based false doctrines of promiscuity, rampant immorality,accompanied with huge risks of STDs, deep vein thrombosis,AIDS from such ill-advised inappropriate exploitation of minor girls by older men, pharmaceuticals, Planned Unparenthood killers, does not change/ justify the use of hormones to kill.
Let this blog be my testament against any drug that kills, against "plan b' =Levonorgestrel in particular that prevents implantation of fertilized human egg, to starve human to death in womb, and against Obama's plan to depopulate & destroy U.S., and against any govt agency deciding who has the "right" to have children and or grandchildren. The Bible says children ["fruit of womb" ] are blessings from GOD.

U S History records that even the so-called Missouri Compromise that was intended to appease both slave-holders and those wanting to free all slaves, failed in time. Because it made U S a "house divided'. Read Matthew 12: 25-28, King James Holy Bible for what happens to a "house divided" ; read union divided.
America, do not be deceived about the goals of Obama and his regime of killing extra-judicially, and of those in womb. I Thought on This Some More & think it's necessary
I thought on the entry on Nov 14th about how criminal minds work and after praying to know the truth, realized that there is more I could add to warn the public, vulnerable women, and good law enforcement about the ways criminals work after having observed one of them for 4 yrs & 10 months in intimate relationship of marriage. But now divorced for 4 yrs and have the time to think calmly about those events to learn from them. I am posting them here to hopefully help other people not to be naive about evil, as I was in 2002. The Bible scripture says be wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove. To help you be wise as a serpent [evil] I am posting what I learned from watching/enduring/living through the worst years of my life with an evil man. I do not think all men are evil, and generally I love men because I loved my daddy growing up. I don't love evil however.
So combined with the previous post 2 back I think from this one, about criminal minds I want to add this:
1) call up the 'enemy's" accounts, tell them you are the supervisor/boss/employee/spouse/brother/friend/business partner/partner/neighbor of the enemy you are trying to destroy but don't tell the accts' person that you are trying to destroy the person [me , in this case] but pretend you are helping and ask to pick up the U S mail at the Post Office to 'help" the designated enemy; and ask for the account number of hosting accounts [because with that you can get lots of info] , and ask for status of account or email on acct so you can "provide financing" for them, then use the info to steal the account, and steal money.
2) To confuse the issue, tell some people your lawful wife whom you have decided to divorce and or kill, is your mother/girl friend/baby-sitter/shack-up/boss/supervisor/employee; so you totally confuse people as to her role i your life.
3) Tell people that she moved out, moved downstairs, is in the "restaurant" ,moved upstairs, died, is on "life support" when they call asking for her, while you are sill married to her and plotting her death. { I am writing this first person--I was designated by DBP=Dana Ben Pappas, a male, & then-husband as the "enemy" of Dana Ben Pappas when he was married to me because he wanted my life, my paintings I painted, my inheritance, my Life Media & Publishing/ words that WORK and he set about on a scheme to annihilate me, and steal them.
4) Tell people who own businesses that the so-called enemy does business with, that the white female/wife/enemy is male/black/dropped out of primary school/separated from you/visiting another state/anything but the truth/; to confuse them and jeopardize her accounts by causing confusion/distrust/fear/anxiety/chaos.
5) Steal any bit of ID of the wife/enemy/appointed victim and then take it to a different branch of her bank and then repeat point #1 above, and ask for her account number so you can "deposit" for her and then make an insignificant deposit like $10 and then steal all the rest later via online account.
6) Tell people that your wife/designated/enemy/soon-to-be-dead-victim/ "sold her business and possessions to you" then break in and steal the possessions with brute force if necessary, and any documents or computer discs or hardware for business; and sell them wherever you can after breaking into harddrives.
7) While doing all these things, make a show of public affection by pawing her in public, kissing publicly so lots of your pals see you and could testify how much you "love" your wife/enemy/soon-to-be-dead-victim/ so law enforcement won't even question your motives.
8) When your wife/victim/enemy starts to wise up, tell her you will kill her if she tells anyone,and/or kill her children, and/or wipe her out of life, and make fists and clench your jaw as you say it; and pace around like a crazed wild-man, and pantomine shooting her with a gun,putting it to her head, pulling trigger, saying it would only take one bullet through her skull to kill her.
{ My then-2nd-husband did those things to me repeatedly, hundreds of times, to terrorize me, beginning 2 weeks after second marriage in Dec 2002. Now divorced from him and thank GOD!].
9) Put cocaine or something in her [enemy/wife/designated-victim ] food to make her sick, dizzy,confused. Again, all of these events happened to me, and I am writing about them now because it has taken me this long [4 yrs since 2nd divorce] to be able to sort out the events and think them through and piece together what happened].
10) Confuse the accounts' owners by calling up the accounts with the wife/victims/enemies NAME but in the normal male voice so they think her name is of a male when she is female. Then create Facebook account with her identity & name and the info you stole from her, but put someone else's photo in the profile so the world does not recognize her as her.
11) Break into her computer accounts and set it to notify you when she is logged in, then when you see she is logged in, break in again, and from your remote location, as she is typing, you type nonsense and fight for control of page/acct; to make public read nonsense on her pages to show to your $10,000 a pop lawyer that she is "insane" and not believable.
12) And tell "Mexican clerks" that you will split the proceeds of her accounts if they will help you get her info.
13) And give the maid a $20 and ask her to get for you any info lying around such as U S mail.
14) And break her leg and try to run over her, smash her head, strangle her, poison her, trip her on stairs,to cause death if possible or serious injury so immobile so you don't have to risk running into her at Post Office while stealing her U S mail.
15) Call up her children on the sly tell them you are providing for them [when she sends money from her wages at hospital to them] and tell her you are "going to drive a wedge between her and her kids" and tell her she will "never see them again".
I attest that those methods are effective to terrorize, confuse, nearly destroy a sane professional woman { I had a current R N license in Colorado when all those events began; but I have moved to Missouri in Oct 09 & moved my RN license to Missouri also]. I endured them & SURVIVED them, by the grace of GOD. And I am telling! In as many places as need be, until I feel I have done my part to warn the public of such evil people, and particularly to warn women not to be deceived by male bi-sexual Dana Ben Pappas [however he currently spells his names/aliases] so they are not his next victim.

Update @ 12:08pm same day: I remembered 2 other events. When I moved to Missouri in Oct 09,I had to count the boxes for the moving company to insure. When the "Discount Movers" in an unmarked white van arrived to load it, it was with two different sets of paperwork. When I asked why, they had some nonsense answer. Then when a different moving company delivered my possessions to me about 14 days later, 23 boxes of my belongings were MISSING,GONE. And I knew thief DBP had struck again.
And about point #9 above. I testified about that in Court but I thought it was malethion a pesticide because it had a funny smell to it, and was a white powder in the sack with the flour, but scattered all around, but didn't smell like flour. I said as much in court because it was the only substance I could think of that came in white powder form and that smelled distinct. My daddy had a crop-dusting plane when I was a child and they sprayed insecticide over acres & acres of land with it. During that hearing, the Judge sort of raised his eyebrows and I had an aha moment realizing for the first time it was probably cocaine. My then-husband testified in District Court that he used cocaine and his probation officer said he tested positive for it, but I never thought he would dare bring it to my apt, until that split second when Judge raised his eyebrows sort of a probably not malethion look. Also, I remembered my then-husband who did all this evil to me who spelled his name at the time of marriage license as "Dana Ben Pappas" [but had changed spelling of it to Dana Benn Papas by 2006] also applied for a music account that shipped him CD's in my name that suddenly arrived and he swooped in, took them,left with them. And listed my bank account as his on his fake bankruptcy proceeding in Jan 2009 but bank stopped him from hijacking my acct, not the bankruptcy court. And he told the Judge I was his mother but I disproved that with birth certificate, passport, marriage license and final divorce decree. He told Washington Mutual he was a business partner and stole my acct for business [words that Work,LLP] with their help and with info that was required on divorce papers.
I admit that I was in sort of a shock when these events happened. It was incredible to me that someone could be so evil and so sly about it. I remembered how in the book of Genesis it says the serpent was the most subtil [subtle] of all creatures & was evil.
And there's more... He signed his name "Dena Pappas" on his Comcast order that he put in the apt in Aurora Colorado that was supposed to be my apt in exchange for me not leaving him and the state in May 2006. I did not know that until the Comcast man came to the apt months later in Aurora trying to collect money from me thinking I was that made up person. When I saw the carbon and Dana's signature signed as "Dena Pappas" I was shocked. I did not use his Comcast acct because I had earthlink acct there in my name. And I found out later he took my resume around I suppose pretending to be me, in one of his many acts/methods of trying to impersonate me to "steal my life" as he said because he said if he could get hired by an agency he could make $70/hr & get access to drugs. He nearly ruined my life in every way possible. Law enforcement has my permission to print this and submit as evidence against him or to get a warrant for his arrest. I think he murdered the Adams County D. A. in the city of Denver.
I know his other aliases he uses are: "Doris Parsons","Doris Pappas", "Dana B Papas", "Dana B Pappas", "Dana Pappas"; possibly "Dana Poole" [Poole is my born with surname but was never his name.]; "Dena Pappas"; "Dana Papas". I assumed his last name of Pappas when married to him in Dec 2002 but removed it forever on final divorce decree in Oct 2009 in Arapahoe County Colorado. Much of what I have written about is on Court documentation in 2 counties, 3 or 4 cities in Colorado spanning events from early 2003 in downtown Denver to Jan 09 in city of Denver again, and including Sheridan,Littleton,Englewood, Aurora, Denver Colorado, in Arapahoe & Denver County Court, District Court, U S federal Court.

What I am Thankful For
In a few days Americans will be celebrating Thanksgiving, which is intended to be a day of giving thanks to The Creator who is GOD for life. I am thinking already of all I have to be thanful for. I did this a few years ago also and created a website "Life is Good" at http://www.home.earthlink.net/~life-is-good. IF it is still up, you might enjoy reading it. I say IF because the internet is loaded with cybercriminals trying to steal anything they can; and so many domains and websites have been stolen from me since 2007, that it is hard to predict the results of anything on web with any degree of certainty. Buying anything via online is similar to throwing a dice.
Now back on task: here are blessings given to me by GOD HIMSELF:
1) I survived catastrophic events on several occasions because GOD HIMSELF was there in The Spirit with me and intervened supernaturally to save me.
2) I have two lovely grown daughters from my first marriage, who married and who have children. I am convinced grand-children are absolutely the best part of life! They are blessings as GOD defined in Scriptures, and they continue a family into the future. I adore my grandchildren who are all young minor children. And I pray they grow to adulthood and become all that GOD intends them to be.
3) I have a nice enough place to live, a great place to sleep, warmth in several methods when the weather is cold.
4) I have computers, handheld devices, cell & landline phones to communicate.
5) I have lived long enough to gain some "wisdom" from having endured, but not as long as I plan too.
6) I have learned who my true friends are and who they aren't.
7) I was blessed by GOD with creativity, and it is truly one of my greatest enjoyments.
8) I have digital equipment to record events in several ways.
9) I am well educated thanks to GOD's provision to me in my late teens when I went to college the first time, and again when I went to university a second time for a different degree after first divorce.
I0) And most of all I am grateful for the LOVE of GOD!

5) I have lived long enough to gain some "wisdom" from having endured, but not as long as I plan too.
6) I have learned who my true friends are and who they aren't.
7) I was blessed by GOD with creativity, and it is truly one of my greatest enjoyments.
8) I have digital equipment to record events in several ways.
9) I am well educated thanks to GOD's provision to me in my late teens when I went to college the first time, and again when I went to university a second time for a different degree after first divorce.

I"m Opposed to S O P A also; reasons are...
I read in readwriteweb.com this evening their article that begins with "...Effects of Internet Blacklist..."; and though I have created all sorts of intellectual properties that I own the copyright too, and though I believe copyright protections are necessary for those who make original content to make a living, I am still opposed to the HR [bill] 3261 because according to the article it is fashioned after countries that are on the U S Secretary of States's blacklist to be censored from the U S. In other words, Obama and H Clinton fashioned their communistic tactic after countries considered to be so radical and "dangerous" that those countries are censored/blacked-out/blacklisted from U S ' internet! What does that tell you?
It tells me that Obama is planning on making the internet as rare and as tightly controlled in the U S as it is in communist and muslim countries on the U S Secretary of States's "blacklist" for failing civil liberties of its people. That is not an improvement, folks.

The Ways of Criminal Minds so You r Warned
Here are some of the methods of cybercriminals breaking into my isp and hosting accounts in their efforts to ruin me; or to attempt to make a mismatch of the content with the title which has effect of eliminating it from search engines. That seems to be one of the many tricks of felons,drug-addicts,perverts, proaborts, thugs, cyber-hackers. Their other tricks to deceive are :
1) claiming business partner status when they are not;
2) bidding on websites that are up, by bidding on the domains at the registrar level, with wildly inflated prices to try to get hosting company to give them the domains that others own.
3) Filing fake bankruptcy papers and claiming ownership of entities they never owned, so the federal bankruptcy court does their dirty work of ruining the real owner.
4) Breaking into emails using info gathered from the files of people on Facebook about their "friends' or "family" then using it to guess the password reset questions.
5) Breaking into hosting accounts with script,malware, viruses, trojans, to steal login credentials.
6) Stealing U S mail by Senators' request to see where a prolifer has her bank accounts, then trying to interfere in them to block content that opposes proabort killing.
7) Stealing U S mail by going to post office, telling staff there that they were 'employees' and the boss was laid up with surgery and to get/steal mail they had no authority to ever have.
8) Adding telephone numbers of others to their emails, in order to try to gain domination of the cell phone account.
9) Going to kiosk in Denver Colorado, "giving the Mexican clerk $20" and asking for all info from a particular cell phone number.
10) using insider knowledge of hosting accounts and the financial accounts that pay for them to post them for criminals to use [a fav trick of godaddy.com].
11) Cybercriminals working for hosting companies that hire perverts logging in simultaneously when owner logged in to try get financial info, and to manipulate what is written so some paragraphs ended up as gibberish intended to make it appear as nonsense. That was via login from remote used info gained via "Geotrust" that seems to be the access point for perverts
12) Adding malware to my computers via hosting company's crooked staff; and of fake links sent by them to my email using their so-called "support" email.
13) Stealing my name and my copyrighted intellectual properties to create for themselves a Facebook page using my name and created works.
14) Going to places where I bought new equipment, asking for refund of money I paid, and claiming "President's " status authority though there is NO President over any LLP of mine and never was. And confusing the warranty issues by adding in false information to the file.
15) Stalking me to a Microsoft seminar I was invited too in 2005, and demanding entrance to it; thus putting me in awkward situation with Microsoft and totally skewing all facts in Microsoft's files.
16) Staying up at night, breaking into my computers with info known by a then-husband; then using my emails to steal my hosting accounts, and financial info.
16) Putting a screw-driver into the plugged in computer to short-circuit it.
and last but one of the worst things done to me:
17) breaking my bones, causing me concussion to "steal my life" and "sell my paintings".
These are some of the methods of criminals that I have endured, and that were used to try to ruin me.
It has taken me a while to get enough of a "toe-hold" on my life again after 3 years of those con-tactics used against me by violent thugs/criminals/ drug-addicts [DBP=2nd exhusband] , proaborts, crooked Senator Diana DeGette in Colorado, crooked billing "man" [term used loosely-who knows?] "Damien' in 1and1.com in Pennsylvania; but I have not quit. And I am not quitting. This battle for the preborn HUMANS right to be born alive is of utmost importance. Every citizen who cares about the U S should join the prolife movement across America.

Civil Liberties for all Humans/Persons;Vote YES,Mississipi
I am adding this medical photo I photographed years ago [when I lived in Colorado but I moved to Missouri in Oct 2009 with my photos ,paintings etc]] to several of my blogs today in an effort to make sure the world sees it, because Personhood Amendment is on the ballot in Mississippi tomorrow & coming to the ballot in about 5 other states soon. The legal foundation for the Amendment process and the right to life are these words from Constitution/Amendments/Declaration of Independence:
from Cornell University 's website on U S Constitution:
"AMENDMENT XIV
SECTION 1.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." And also :
AMENDMENT V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."
And legal foundation of the Constitution as the "law of the land" is from ; second paragraph of ARTICLE VI
U.S. Constitution
"All debts contracted and engagements entered into, before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.
This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding."
I know the U S Supreme Court cannot lawfully create any new law to amend the Constitution because of :
"ARTICLE V
U.S. Constitution
"The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate."
And the right to life was one of the CAUSES of the American Revolution, as stated in the Declaration of Independence before the colonies waged war on England: Read Declaration of Independence read and signed in Congress on July 4,1776 at:
http://www.ushistory.org/declaration/document/ and compare that situation to the situation in the US presently. Quotes from it are:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
And one of the reasons for the protest that began with the declaration is: "He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States". Recall that Obama is doing that [preventing the population of these States"] with his fake reform of health care life-giving to redirect money to abortionists.
Also, on the topic of civil liberties individually and liberty for the nation, include these amendments:
"AMENDMENT II
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."
Also, the amendment the U S Supreme Court is planning to debate, ?? planning to spin to create the "right of government to spy any citizens by any method" ?? tomorrow is:
AMENDMENT IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
The States' Rights clause that gives to the states the power to self determine on any issue not specifically given to the federal government's authority in the Constitution is, which is the linchpin of the battle in Arizona between the state and the feds is: "AMENDMENT X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people."
To sum up, there is an understood principle in the united States that human persons have "the right to life" that may not be taken away without a lengthy process to determine guilty of heinous crimes. [read all amendments] . However, the U S Supreme Court usurped the authority of Congress in 1964 to create an unlawful "law" entitled "Roe v Wade'. It is unlawful because they have no authority according to Article V [5 in Roman Numerals] to amend the Constitution; only Congress and the people themselves can amend the Constitution. And they did that to declare humans in the womb as non-persons so the wicked could slaughter them. They did that several times before; in the Dred Scott decision when they declared black humans as not human persons so they could be slaves; and when they declared native Indians as non-persons so they could force them into government controlled reservations.
It is time to declare humans in wombs as persons with all protections of the US Constitution, the 14th Amendment, and all amendments for civil liberties of life, liberty, pursuit of happiness. GET IT DONE MISSISSIPPI. Show the rest of the nation how to do it. Fire the opening round of 'word warfare' against "Roe v Wade" and killing machinery of abortionists everywhere.
