Civil Liberties for all Humans/Persons;Vote YES,Mississipi


I am adding this medical photo I photographed years ago [when I lived in Colorado but I moved to Missouri in Oct 2009 with my photos ,paintings etc]] to several of my blogs today in an effort to make sure the world sees it, because Personhood Amendment is on the ballot in Mississippi tomorrow & coming to the ballot in about 5 other states soon. The legal foundation for the Amendment process and the right to life are these words from Constitution/Amendments/Declaration of Independence:
from Cornell University 's website on U S Constitution:
"AMENDMENT XIV
SECTION 1.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." And also :
AMENDMENT V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."

And legal foundation of the Constitution as the "law of the land" is from ; second paragraph of ARTICLE VI
  U.S. Constitution
"All debts contracted and engagements entered into, before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.
This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding."

I know the U S Supreme Court cannot lawfully create any new law to amend the Constitution because of :
"ARTICLE V
 U.S. Constitution
"The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate."
And the right to life was one of the CAUSES of the American Revolution, as stated in the Declaration of Independence before the colonies waged war on England: Read Declaration of Independence read and signed in Congress on July 4,1776 at:
http://www.ushistory.org/declaration/document/ and compare that situation to the situation in the US presently. Quotes from it are:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
And one of the reasons for the protest that began with the declaration is: "He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States". Recall that Obama is doing that [preventing the population of these States"] with his fake reform of health care life-giving to redirect money to abortionists.

Also, on the topic of civil liberties individually and liberty for the nation, include these amendments:
"AMENDMENT II
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."
Also, the amendment the U S Supreme Court is planning to debate, ?? planning to spin to create the "right of government to spy any citizens by any method" ?? tomorrow is:
AMENDMENT IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

The States' Rights clause that gives to the states the power to self determine on any issue not specifically given to the federal government's authority in the Constitution is, which is the linchpin of the battle in Arizona between the state and the feds is: "AMENDMENT X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people."
To sum up, there is an understood principle in the united States that human persons have "the right to life" that may not be taken away without a lengthy process to determine guilty of heinous crimes. [read all amendments] . However, the U S Supreme Court usurped the authority of Congress in 1964 to create an unlawful "law" entitled "Roe v Wade'. It is unlawful because they have no authority according to Article V [5 in Roman Numerals] to amend the Constitution; only Congress and the people themselves can amend the Constitution. And they did that to declare humans in the womb as non-persons so the wicked could slaughter them. They did that several times before; in the Dred Scott decision when they declared black humans as not human persons so they could be slaves; and when they declared native Indians as non-persons so they could force them into government controlled reservations.
It is time to declare humans in wombs as persons with all protections of the US Constitution, the 14th Amendment, and all amendments for civil liberties of life, liberty, pursuit of happiness. GET IT DONE MISSISSIPPI. Show the rest of the nation how to do it. Fire the opening round of 'word warfare' against "Roe v Wade" and killing machinery of abortionists everywhere.
