I, Gloria Poole, am a Registered Nurse for a long time. I worked for 26+ years in hospitals in a variety of roles/positions. I have a business degree from the University of Georgia also. I am also a U.S. citizen born in the state of Georgia which means I have all civil liberities of the U S Constitution. However, about an hour ago, criminals hacked into my internet that comes into my apartment via ethernet to attempt to prevent me from emailing my OWN two daughters and grandchildren, and from emailing news agencies. So, I am asking Google and U S Congress: do Registered Nurses, born in US, educated in U.S.,living in U.S. have constitutional rights of First Amendment to publish our words/thoughts/beliefs/on any topic?
This is partly provoked by article in the news that is about 117 registered nurses and auxiliary staff of Houston Medical Center suing Houston Medical Center for attempting to demand that all employees are REQUIRED to take covid vaccines, and asserting that such a demand constitutes a violation of the Nuremberg Code of International Law on human research { and I agree that it does]. They claim rightly so that covid vaccines are EXPERIMENTS, with no long term clinical trials to prove their safety. There are statistics that indicate covid vaccines KILL some people, according to Bloomberg, which I quote:

"The U.K.’s Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency reported that, through March 28, there were 302 deaths shortly after injections with the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, 472 after the AstraZeneca shot and 12 where the brand was unspecified. The deaths were mainly in elderly people or those with underlying illness, and the evidence does not suggest the vaccines played a role, it said. However, the agency’s April analysis of blood clots after vaccinations reported 19 deaths among 79 cases and officials said further study was needed..."
"In the U.S., which is using vaccines from Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna Inc. and Johnson and Johnson, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said that as of May 24, there were 4,863 reported deaths among inoculated people, a rate of 0.002%, and no causal link had been established. It did note a plausible connection between the J and J vaccine and blood clots, which have caused deaths."

I am posting the news article here because the news is contains is VERY BIG DEAL.
Are medical staffers of hospitals owned by the hospital? Do they have civil liberties? Do they have the right to determine their own destinies? Do they have the right of conscience? Do they have the right to REFUSE any medical treatment of medicine ? [YES they do!]
Some Houston Methodist employees are taking the hospital to court over its requirement that all workers get vaccinated against COVID-19.
"Methodist Hospital is forcing its employees to be human 'guinea pigs' as a condition for continued employment," the complaint, filed in state court by Houston-area lawyer and conservative activist Jared Woodfill, states. The mandate "requires the employee to subject themselves to medical experimentation as a prerequisite to feeding their families," it added."

For a hospital to be accused of violating the Nuremberg Code of Law prohibiting FORCED participation into human research is a BIG DEAL, politically, economically, socially, financially, --in every realm! How many patients in US are forced into human research via secret rules of so-called ObamaCare for anyone presenting to an emergency Department? Staggering numbers!
The public cannot be complacent on these issues if we as a nation do not want Nazi-era "medicine", gas oven deaths via injection, and or assignment to death by algorithym. Take a stand! make your voices known! Stand up for life.
