I, Gloria Poole, residing in Missouri but born in state of Georgia, drew this sketch late last nite and painted it this morning with watercolors and acrylics. it is a sketch quickly done and on paper and clipped to my portable drawing board [ its brown edges and metal clamps are visible]. I lived most of my life in Georgia, and visited the coast of Georgia often. I took a sailing course on St Simons Island , GA when I lived there. I can't say I got good at sailing but I understand it better. I was not prepared with sunscreen and almost baked in the sun, and that sort of influenced my enjoyment of it. But I love boats of any kind, most especially a motor boat with a 85 hp Mercury outboard motor that will run like a scalded dog across the water. I had one of those in my first marriage and I had some of the best times of my life on the lakes in Georgia. Missouri has Lake of the Ozarks and believe me, that is an IMPRESSIVE lake in size and a gorgeous part of the country. I water-skiied and swam and picnicked in the spring and summer and it was so much fun.
I moved to Missouri on Oct 31, 2009 from Colorado where I had lived a few awful years. Colorado has NOTHING worth spending money on, believe me, and their government is corrupt.
Better topic: I drew a new cartoon and made another page to the story I am writing for small children on web at: https://gloriapoole.blogspot.com; and I put seven horse and rider sketches and one sketch of Kentucky Derby guest wearing hat, on my mini exhibition blog named "Gloria's blog" at https://mini-exhibition.blogspot.com. So, I am staying busy creating art, signing it, photographing it and putting it on the web to make art available to view for all, and to build up an artist's reputation for me that will stand the test of time. I have sources of income so I don't have to sell art but I hope too, some day, and I hope to have art I create in museums some day also.

I also had many domains and many with my very name written as gloriapoole in them from years 2004-2011 when criminals broke into my web-hosting accounts and ripped my domains and content right out-of-admin-panel. I have not bought domains since , because there is no security on web-hosting 'packages" because they do not honor business law or contract laws.
For the record: I am white, single again [divorced twice] ,a woman with brown hair, Christian, and the mother of two grown "children" who are daughters named Jennifer and Leigh. I am also a Registered Nurse licensed in Missouri; and an artist in all artists' mediums; and a blogger, tweeter, poet, author of children's book, and citizen journo; and photographer. I was born in the state of Georgia and am a US citizen by birth so I have all Constitutional protections including the First Amendment right to publish, speak, write, protest and the right not to associate with ungodly or atheist people.
