I am Alive and thanks to GOD for that.

I was hit by a van this past Monday as I was on walkabout and in the crosswalk, and went by ambulance to the trauma unit of the University of Missouri Hospital. I have some injuries that are going to take time to heal, but since news reported that I was taken away by ambulance, I didn't want to leave people wondering. The Police charged the driver with failure to yield right of way and hitting a pedestrian.

I am being very cautious about movement in any form as have some broken bones again. And other sequelae of that event.

I am grateful to be alive as it could have been fatal to me if GOD had not been there with me in the midst of it.

Those of you who are Christian pray for me please.

Public Notice to Banks, Financial,Insurance Companies

This notice is necessary and serves as a legal notice that my second exhusband whose name when I was married to him was written "Dana Ben Pappas" * is NOT authorized on any account of mine. He is not authorized on bank accts or credit union accounts or prepaid accounts, or telephone accounts or utility accounts, or insurance accounts, or webhosting or email accounts. He is not my beneficiary or heir.. He is not authorized on any of those since about year 2005. He is not in my family but my second exhusband. He is not authorized to have possession of my US mail or any documents of Life Media & Publishing or of words that WORK. He may have gotten some of the checks from the box of checks years ago and maybe that is how he stole my business acct of it to drain it. He is not a participant in Life Media & Publishing LLP or words that WORK, LLP as they /when theyexisted in Colorado, and never was. He never contributed money to them,never wrote for them, never spoke for them with authority [he did lie about them saying he was first an 'employee' to steal my US mail at Post Office when I had a PO Box in Denver then at Cherry Hills. Then told hosting companies he was the boss, but he was never an employee,nor a partner, nor a boss nor a contributor in any way. I know he also told his probation officers those lies about being in control of it to seek leniency. He is not in any way lawfully associated with them. I began those LLP as missions, incorporated them as LLP's, did the creative works of them,wrote all the content of them and I paid the fees required to do that always. He tried to steal them in every way possible including stealing my US mail, my Probate Court papers from when my daddy died in Dec 2004, and my email addresses, paperwork from hosting companies, and by stealing /using my name on the telephone causing massive confusion about my name and gender. He sounds male usually but distorts his voice to high pitched to impersonate women. He dresses cross-gender at times and stole lipstick,eyeliner pencils, even my clothes and shoes on several occasions. He said he intended to annihilate me and steal my name and my paintings I painted and sell them.
He is not the father of my 2 grown daughters who were born to my first marriage. He is a notorious liar and has deceived many people because he is flirtatious, and uses women by flattering them and preying on them, and he is a thief. He said he can "pick any lock in Colorado" and "steals people blind". He said it 'does not matter what name you use to get what you want". Worst, he is a cocaine addict who should be in the federal penitentiary. And he is a violent man capable of harming many people. He harmed me several times and seriously in July 2006 when he had a restraining order against him and was on 2 yr's probation for having tried to kidnap me in May 2006 in the courtyard of the Arapahoe County Colorado courthouse. He made many many threats to me to kill me, and threats of terroristic behaviors toward the public in general. He also threatened law enforcement and I reported that when I heard it.
I am not happy that I was deceived by him once too, as many people have been. I got written information today that confirmed that he has been attempting to swindle me again nearly five years after a divorce from him. He was never my 'boss" nor my business partner. I purposely do NOT select known criminals as business partners and never did. He is in no way affiliated with me and has no authority to use my name or sign my name or get my info. The occasional money he pays to me is because three Judges in District Courtin Arapahoe County, and a federal judge in Denver Colorado told him he had to make restitution to me for injuries, and could not bankrupt out of it though he tried too. . He was ordered to pay me way more than he does pay. He said he 'laughs at the Judges" and 'makes fools of them"; [quoting his words in 2007].The fact that he does not pay what he was ordered to pay and is a million plus in arrears to me will give the US Marshalls and FBI the reason to arrest him again and try him for other crimes as well, that they know about.

This hopefully makes it clear that he does not live with me and will never live with me again and that he is not my 'brother" or my 'boyfriend" or any flesh and blood relative of mine. He never met any of my siblings or my mother or father. I am not reconciling with him under any circumstances and I am praying he goes to federal prison for a long long time.

Also second divorce is public record in Arapahoe County Colorado and was final in Oct 2007, but certified copy of decree and to resume my maiden name that I got was dated early November 2007.


* Footnote: He has changed the spelling of his name several times since then and said he 'buys or steals" identities whenever he is arrested for his many crimes. His aliases that I know of are: "Dana B Pappas", "Dana Pappas'; Dana Papas, Dena Pappas, Doris Parsons, Dana Benn Parsons, Dana Benn Papas, db3, db5, 'healing -hands' the most sinister of all since he told me he could kill a person with his bare hands and never leave a mark on them. Indiana Fight ACLU & Planned Parenthood Killers

I read in the Yahoo News today about the state of Indiana AG 's battle against that evil Planned Parenthood and their killing accomplices of the ACLU. I have much to say on this topic. I am a Registered Nurse of many years of work experience. In that capacity, I reviewed Medicaid hospitals and Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Abortion Centers do not meet Ambulatory Surgery Center or hospital standards and never did. They are not subject to on-site review by Joint Accreditation . They are not reviewed by Ambulatory Surgery accreditating agencies. They are not reviewed by anyone. They are not better than they were before the heinous crime against humanity of "Roe v Wade" was forced on cowardly states by an unlawful decision of US Supreme Court.It was unlawful because the US Supreme Court has no authority to create public law and never did.
Because abortuaries do not meet national standards they are not 'qualified medical providers' in any legal sense of that phrase. They are not 'entitled' to taxpayer money as they are outside the boundaries of generally acceptable medical practice. They should be tarred and feathered and run out of town to exile, but better yet, they should be prosecuted and imprisoned for killing US citizens when they are the tiniest most defenseless of their lives .i.e. in the womb.
Humans only produce humans. That is medical fact. Humans are human from the beginning when the human male spermatozoa enters the human female egg.That is medical fact. They do not start out as a cabbage and become humans. They are always human. As such they must be protected from predators like planned parenthood killing machinery and propaganda pumping machinery and from the sort as is the ACLU.
Indiana, fight them to the US Supreme Court. Print this and submit it as my testimony as a Registered Nurse licensed in Missouri with current license. I am willing to be a witness on behalf of the tiny humans in all courtrooms as long as short sessions required of me.You may contact me via my info on the State Board of Missouri and or my Missouri driver's license. Memorial Day for Veterans & Preborn Humans killed

This is what I wrote for Memorial day 2005 a few months after my daddy had died, to remember him and the veterans he loved as a class so much. Adding it here since Memorial Day soon:

My Tribute to Veterans

Millions of men died wounded,

and free again;

the song comes to me

by inspiration at 5 am,

with a tune,

and a tear;

Remembering my own daddy,

who died,

proud to have been a Veteran

of the U.S.A.,

his flag-wrapped casket,

visible in my mind's eye,

grieves my heart still,

after 3 years.

Millions of men died wounded,

now free again,

from suffering and sorrow,

pain and tears,

received in duty

to a cause;

Stained with their own blood,

sorrow for those

left behind,

heavy on their hearts,

wounded in soul, and body, and mind.

When that final release comes,

are free again,

for their spirits to soar,

Note: my daddy did not die in battle but he did die, and had a military funeral because he was a Veteran.He loved the Veterans and thought they deserved a better appreciation from the countries that they serve. This applies to all nations where men and women serve their nations with great personal sacrifice.

Taking Over IMF is why Strauss-Kahn is Prosecuted

I read several articles in the news today about the differences in the US' handling of the alleged event of Strauss-Kahn and the hotel maid, and the way the French would have handled it. Let me preface my remarks with these facts so you know what the liberals would call my 'bias' upfront,head-on,straightaway: I am a woman, an educated woman with a college degree, a professional status and a long career history that was virtually destroyed by a violent man on cocaine, whom the state of Colorado knew without a doubt was on cocaine [if they did the mandatory drug testing ordered by Judges there] and who knew his 25 yr history of law-breaking and violence much better than I did since they concealed his records . I know beyond a shadow of doubt that neither the federal government or the state governments normally prosecute men who seriously hurt white women because I told , in person and in writing in about 5 Courts of law, that those events happened, to a total of 5 different Judges and Judges and their responses were : 1) divorce court is not the place to deal with domestic violence; and 2) if you want to be taken seriously,hire a lawyer, and 3) why didn't he kill you ? [not spoken but it came through loud and clear with one Judge]. My then-husband's entire punishment was 2 days in jail, a mandatory attendance at a class to talk about himself, and a fine to the system. Because he is democratic-socialist and hates Christians, and prolifers and so he became the tool with the permission of the several governments to harass, ruin me for being prolife and opposing the mega industry of killing tiny humans in the womb, with words, writing, and paintings.
Now here is the way I see the events of the Strauss-Kahn prosecution in NY:
It was a chance for Obama and Eric Holder both black men to seize control of the IMF. Obama is a King for Africa not a President for the US. When Obama's grandmother in Kenya was threatened US security forces started protecting her in Kenya. Is that a function of US taxpayers? NO.
And when Juanita Broderick accused Bill Clinton of rape it was totally swept under the rug. And when Monica Lewsinsky was in an position equal to 'chambermaid' of the White House, and forced to commit s-e-xual gratification for Bill Clinton as a condition of employment, was Bill Clinton prosecuted and handcuffed; and ruined? NO.
Is there a double standard--one for African emigrants who might be kin to Obama and a different tier of "protection" for white women who are not from Africa, not Democrat,not muslim? YES.
I am sure the entire even would not happened at all if Strauss-Kahn's name had not sounded Jewish, and if he had not been white, and if he had not been head of an international agency that controls money around the world. Whether or not he did what he is accused of, I do not know. I am also sure that what passes-off as 'news' in the NY Times, the Washington Post, and the so-called mainstream presses is only campaign-pumping-up of the 'champagne socialists' {Obama-H Clinton] as one of those articles called them.
The so-called Justice Dept in America does not prosecute real terrorists--they assassinate them in their beds. And they do not abide by/adhere to/follow the real written Constitution but try to suspend it Amendment by Amendment. That event would not have made the news in any other situation if the maid had been white, if Strauss-Kahn had been an ordinary American without deep pockets, or if not an agency head of a powerful world agency handling money [Obama's god is money], or if the maid had been a professional career woman, or and not a black emigrant [is she legal?] The articles are a pump up to Obama's reelection campaign and a chance for him to ge control of the IMF. I am sure he is laughing his head off. But there is a Judgment Day coming to America; and I believe as I believe the Bible to be true that Obama will face an angry GOD for his support of sodomy sin and legalization of it, and for his promotion of so-called ' gay' s-e-x but whichGOD calls abomination in Leviticus 18:22 [horrible perversions against natural use of human bodies leading to disease and death]; and his grievous deeds against the unborn/preborn tiny humans to slaughter them in mass numbers as genocide of an entire class -the unborn generations of America.

The Muslims Did Take-Over America After All

I read the headlines this morning about the U S Supreme Court's decision to allow law enforcement to break into a home if they hear noises and or suspect evidence is being destroyed. That is more proof of the lawlessness of the Obama regime. Obama broke ALL US law concerning justice for those accused of a crime when he sent armed [according to his statement,not witnessed by any news agency or journalist] men to kill an unarmed man in his bed. And when that man had not ever been formally charged with a crime y any US Court, or tried in any court in US or elsewhere, or allowed to present a defense, or allowed to question his accusers, or allowed to present evidence supporting his defense, or give testimony. Osama was treated the same way by the US President [a muslim] that the Americans at the World Trade Center were treated by the Saudi citizens of that plane attack. Summed up it was a declaration of an enemy by a lawless man, the training of paid assassins, the sneak attack that also killed others, and the jubilant celebration for political gain, the exact same way the muslims around the world celebrated as they saw the twin towers fall, and burn and people running for their lives.
The fact that most people in the US according to the news celebrated the lawless approach of Obama as a 'victory" emboldened the U S Supreme Court to try to dispense with the 4th Amendment too, since Obama tried to dispense with the Amendments about how an accused person is supposed to be handled in the U. S. [Several amendments cover this,read them!].
Of course, you know that I believe in a written law that the citizens know and could rely upon [The Constitution]; and of course you probably also know that I believe Obama to have the goals of a tyrannical murderous "leader" since he has tried to, by a stroke of a pen, force thousands of communist sort of power grabs onto the people ; such as:
1) labeling those who don't buy insurance they have no faith in, as criminals to be hauled into court and assessed huge fines to pay rich lawyers like Obama; and
2) has laid a plan to murder millions of innocents in the womb at taxpayer expense [his "reform' of health care to prenatal killing, and withholding of antibiotics from the sick of a certain age, and the withholding of diagnostic tests for political enemies, etc]; and
3) sent a team to kill a man not charged with a crime [ a political assassination to boost his political ratings amongst the lawless]; and
4) has encouraged the Supreme Court to suspend the 4th Amendment .The ruling of yesterday I think stated they could break in and seize whatever. If law enforcement hears noises in a dwelling that sounds like evidence being destroyed but does not define that. Is that paper tearing? because primary school children rip papers out of their notebooks or off drawings all the time. And so do artists who sketch . And designers of clothing, costumes, theatre sets, writers, journalists. Or is that flushing the toilet since those who are not drug addicts also flush the toilet. Deleting files off a computer is virtually silent . So what noises give the law enforcement the right to kick in your door ? What are the American people going to do about this far-reaching usurpation of Constitutional authority by the Supreme Court? Impeach them I hope?
The reason I selected that title is to call attention to the fact that the death of Obama at the hands of a lawless President who is more akin to the Saudi muslims than to the Americans since he was born in Kenya and raised in muslim Indonesia, has accomplished what the deeds of Osama didn't. Osama's death gave the wicked in America a taste of blood and it emboldened Obama to dispense with U S Constitution. The events of the past 10 days have suspended all protections of the Amendments including the right to life, the right to the presumption of innocence, the right to a fair and speedy trial if accused of a crime,the right to self-defense, the right to own property [the health care "reform' takes away your property [money] without representation, and the right to protections if innocent [defined in US law as not being guilty of a crime charged with, but is defined differently in GOD's law of The Holy Bible as being innocent of sins before GOD].
I never 'liked' Obama because his politics are evil. He has tried to capture through weasel ways or laws the entire computer industry, and the internet the better to control the news,and to change votes electronically so they favor him; and to spin his version of truth. Come on , did you really think that if the man the nation had been pursuing in the longest war in the history of America were assassinated the press would not take a photo of that ?
Obama is a liar, and a murderer, the same as Osama was accused of. Obama declared Osama the enemy of America all by himself without involving the Congress, who has the only authority to declare war, or Court system or Judges. Obama assassinated Osama if indeed that happened since there ws no body as proof. Political assassinations are not the American way of justice but Obama and H Clinton have made it their modus operandi since there were several political assassinations in the US: Judge Rollo in Arizona, that PR woman in California, that democratic party person gunned down at his office, and one before that also gunned down for knowing too much about Hillary.
America, wake up before the iron curtain is put up over America, A baby was searched at an airport recently. When is enough violations of US law by the President and Congress enough?

100% Sure Paypal is Corrupt

I am 100% sure that Paypal is corrupt. I have had a five yr long question mark about them, but today I am certain they are corrupt. This is how I know that:
1) they have a 'click-through" in their url address; and
2) they put cookies of "paypal.112.207.net on my computer to duplicate a payment w/ plan to steal one of the payments but my anti-fraud protection caught it; and
3) they put cookies 'cms.paypal.com" on my computer; [ a cms is a content management system that is full of holes into security and worthless as software];
and
4) their support people from inside unset my security protections;
and 5) changed my email address backwards to the email I had changed to try to get control of my acct while logged into my acct;
and
6) they allow unauthorized persons access to my acct; and those persons are known felons in the state of Colorado [and I live in Missouri];
and
7) they told me payment denied but bank said it was authorized and gave me the auth code;
and
8) they are controlled politically by liars,thieves and reprobates;
and
9) they do not respond appropriately when questioned about these problems;
10) and they disabled the security token required to login to make it easy for criminals to login from remote without authority.
IF you have a bank card,credit card or checking acct on Paypal you better login in and remove it ASAP.
11) And they do these things, then screen pops up and wants you to add your bank acct to them . HA!!!! AS IF!!!!!
NO WAY NO HOW. I do not do business with criminals,fraudsters and crooks.And never did. At least not willingly or intentionally. Sadly I was married a second time to a fraudster,felon,cocaine addict but honestly I did not know him well and was sort of coerced into it ; but divorced from him now [since Oct 2007] and thank GOD for that. So, women learn from my mistake--get a background check on anyone you intend to marry--don't be fooled by slick talking con-men.

USDoJ: have you redefined word 'justice' to mean ?????

Well.the world has heard y now how Obama says he had Osama killed but there was no witness of that by any of 'embedded" press there, nor is there any body [a very important element in criminal investigations of establishing where's the body] and nor any there any photos of that. Now, I am asking you Americans to apply some common sense to this sitatuon. Do you honestly think that a man who was on the nation's 'most wanted list' for a decade when he was killed or captured it would not be news FROM the Press about it; other than an Obama says sort of PR statement? And do you honestly think Navy Seals killed Osama--is there an ocean in Afghanistan? I don't think so. The NAVY is trained to the ocean. Obama is telling another enormous lie to boost his campaign ratings with naive people.
Also, ask yourself if the entire Muslim faith has changed to not regard the body of one of their own as deserving of honor and a muslim burial? That would be so out-of-character for them that is not believable. Obama is lying .
Also ask yourself this: if he was telling the truth and he ordered a man who had not been formally charged with a crime,not tried in any court, not found guilty [he was not in those airplanes that hit the Twin Towers, nor was any Afghani citizen [if I remember news correctly fro that time]; not allowed 'due process' not allowed to defend himself, and not armed. Doesn't sending a team to destroy the 'enemy of America' amount to the same heinous event in the Arab world as when the saudis sent a team to destroy 'enemy America" @ World Trade Center with a planned plane-attack? I am not proud of those tactics if Obama really did them,but I don't think he did but that he lied. He lied and has no photos because i did not happen. It was a cooked-up scheme to let a fellow muslim [Osama bin Ladin] off the hook while duping America and boosting his own political ratings-- to boost his political traction for reelection since he has lost all believability when he ordered the state of Missouri to be flooded by dynamiting the Mississippi River, and by now ordering the so-called Justice Dept to take on the fake crime of private bowl sponsorships of privately owned sports teams.

Celebrate Resurrection of JESUS; practical Christianity

I want to remind the world that this Sunday is what born again believers in JESUS call "Easter" or Resurrection Sunday. The Biblical record of JESUS's cruxification says He was crucified for 'blasphemy" on a Friday, and was raised from the dead the third day--a Sunday. It is a joyous occasion because it meant that JESUS had overcome death and is alive forevermore. The New Testament chronicles the events and the book of Revelation describes JESUS as HE looks resurrected in heaven; and the people who go to heaven are discussed also in Revelation. I am making this the first paragraph because it is what is important. It puts all events on earth into perspective of how one gets to heaven and for what reason are some rejected and sent to hell?
I am Christian for most of my life and I have strengthened my understanding of what that involves by reading the scriptures, and enduring much on earth. But there are issues in understanding what is expected of Christians on earth as opposed to what is expected of us politically and as citizens. So there is no confusion, let me preface the rest of this entry with the words that I believe Christians should have their allegiance to GOD/JESUS as their number one allegiance and obey GOD rather than men or governments when those demand obedience to evil or injustice.
The title I began this entry to write on is "how to understand pervertspeak" and it is important still as discussion. God called homosexuals 'abominations" in Leviticus 18:22 and in Romans ch 1. I call them perverts because their methods of se-xu-al gratification are so disgusting and perverted leading to depravity and disease, that the word seems proper and fitting. Perverts call Christians 'bigots" and in their depraved mind they think that is an insult. Believe me when I tell you if you are true to GOD and HIS word, you will be called far worst than "bigot". And perverts are by definition in Romans chapter one idolators, worshipping only themselves, recognizing no higher being than themselves, and gratifying their most depraved, vile natures as described in Romans chapter one of King James Holy Bible. They are atheists-- "GOD-haters" the Bible calls them but they call themselves 'liberals". And their other pervertspeak euphemism to try to hide their sins is "gay" when they mean abominable,depraved, reprobate minds and behaviours. This topic is in the news much and there are many so-called Christians who think they are being kind by not pointing out their sins to them, but I have to tell you that IF you are a true believer and really believe there is a GOD, and a heaven and a hell, and that reprobates go to hell, then you have a Christian duty to warn them of that. Shouldn't they be told somewhere along the path of life that their depravity will condemn them to hell for eternity?
OK; now to the problem: two 'royals' who according to the rules of Kingdom of UK authority became the "defender of the [Christian] faith and the head of the Anglican Church are about to be married in a week. They have published their guest list including the name of a well-known public figure who is homosexual. I think that is shocking that they would promote what GOD HIMSELF calls abomination ; and I am asking them publicly to uninvite him; or cause their wedding sermon to include scripture that might lead him to JESUS and to repent of abomination. But then I wonder what would JESUS do? Would HE invite them to the supper? HE would invite them to the earthly supper but not the kingdom of GOD supper in heaven unless they repented. And HE would tell them "to go and sin no more" and 'to repent for the Kingdom of GOD is at hand".
I do not think the so-called 'defender of the Christian faith" [Monarchy of UK] should promote sin or glorify it, or condone it or advertise it. It does not please GOD. JESUS said "ye cannot serve GOD and mammon".

ALL emails that were on MY paid for hosting accounts x 2 on 1and1.com--the email thefts of my emails began around 2007 but not discovered by me until my 1and1.com accounts were completely hijacked by criminals and perverts [because they did not change passwords but were logging in from remote to stalk me,read my mail]. These emails were stolen from me methodically over time. My 1and1,com accounts x 2 began in 2003 up until 2009 when my accounts were hacked into by criminals and stolen. And up to the present time of this morning, when it became apparent that cybercriminals broke into my godaddy.com acct to steal info.
And there is another list also posted online about this from earlier. I cannot pinpoint exact date they were hijacked because I do not login often to any email except my isp email. This is intended to be a notice that the persons using these emails are cybercriminals who stole them and you should not reply to them or send email to them since cybercrime is a federal crime. I discovered that there are 10 people on Facebook using my name and I have filed a copyright infringement complaint against those 10 for using my real name, and against Facebook today. It is called a DMCA violation. DMCA is abbreviation for Digital Millenium Copyright Act.

HP hacked my comp pinned itself to browser to censor

I am mad and I am telling. I have had several events of cyber-attacks since about 1st of Feb this year. Criminals have broken into my Century Tel acct, into my iTunes acct, into my cell phone accts, into my twitter accts, and into both of my computers. Today I enabled the developer ability and looked at the source code and found words that stated that hp fired me--I never worked for hewlett-packard and would not have the skills too, and that hp 'pinned' that instruction to my browser as instruction to computer to try to lock me out of my $1200 Apple Computer brand new. And my best guess as to why that treachery happened is one or all of these:
1) I oppose Obama and his killing-of-innocents-in-womb, with my computer and my isp accts, and he thinks like the African Kings instead of like someone born in the USA.
2) I also oppose "Secretary [Attila the Hun better analogy for the unborn/preborn]" of State H Clinton on principle that she facilitated and continues to facilitate the murder of innocents around the world by giving her support and dollars from US Defense Dept to abortion clinics,and sneaky,underhanded methods to circumvent firewalls of U S citizens to spy on them.
3) I reported Apple Computers to the FBI for allowing child predators to have apps that solicit children for s-e-x [spelled to prevent robots thinking I am advertising for that] and or s-o-d-o-m-y [spelled for same reason]. I asked Apple three times in writing to remove those evil apps and each time their support team wrote back telling me that because I believe pedophilia to be 'offensive' does not mean they should take down the apps that were soliciting children for s-e-x. I informed them that such behavior is ILLEGAL and IMMORAL in writing, and after they tried to mess up my computer.
4) I complained on my twitter acct about Century Tel that allowed a scam outfit named "LDE Intellidiets" to attach itself to my phone bill and ask for $15 per month. I have no idea who or what "LDE Intellidiets" is, except to know for certain they are a phi-sh-ing sceme to get money but how they got Century Tel to go along, I have not discovered yet, but I will. And I also complained beause Century Tel has a new trick to blank out emails so they appear in inbox with headers but message is blank--missing-stolen.
5) I complain often about a web hosting company named 1and1,com that is crooked.
Any or all of these reasons are why my computer has been hacked into by criminals about 10 times since 2005.
I just want the public t know these events and know for certain that the internet and the accoutrements for it, should be approached with much caution, and as much as you would use when walking through an unsafe neighborhood. The criminals on the internet far outnumber the good people.
This is intended to be a public notice to the world so maybe you are not deceived by the Obamas, and the Hillarys,and HP and those who break into others' computers.
