Cartoon cat plans to pounce peacock made today by Gloria Poole,RN,artist on/ in Missouri since Oct 2009

This is a simple cartoon I made early this morning about 5 am. It is inktense and tempra on 8 x 11 paper. I signed it which is true of ALL art that I made that I considered finished. I photographed it on my portable drawing board but I have some new drawing boards and some of those are in some of my photos. This is a cartoon I made intending to put it on a cartoon site of mine at :
https://sites.google.com/site/PooleGloria; but decided not too, because that is a site for toddlers and young children and I had second thoughts about making them think something would grab them from behind. Better to cause the parents and care-takers to be on alert to that. So here is a simple reminder that sometimes bad people come up behind you to try to grab you, so be alert to your surroundings.

I did not publish the number but it is on some accounts of mine in the account info, so it doesn't mean that I have moved from my apt in Missouri, or "undone" any of the phones I have had since 2007. I added it of necessity to try to stop cyber-criminals from breaking into my accounts. I still have my wired landline telco phone and 1 of my numbers is listed in telephone company directory.

Since I am a #prolife #Christian who takes seriously the commandment in Matthew 28: 18-20, KJV, I make an effort regularly to publish the gospel in some way, to promote the prolife cause and to be a good representative of Christianity. Being a good Christian does not mean turning a blind eye to sin, however, as some fake christians believe. It is not loving to stand by idly while people go to hell.

Also, I have made some progress on the oil painting of Edie Brickell and Steve Martin's song "Remember me this way"". It is definitely a challenge to me because it will be the largest group of people I ever tried to paint into one canvas and real people that has to be recognizable. I am not certain yet that I can do it, but I am inching along with it thinking about the composition of it, and the background and the way to distinguish them from the others. I am going slow with that because I want it to be as beautiful and excellent as my artist skills can make it. I will post it when I complete it. Also, I am STILL a single-again, WHITE, Southern US born citizen, Christian WOMAN. Nothing I change about my environment changes those fact.

Photo-by-gloriapoole of Missouri of red flowers on 20th June 2015; but residing in Missouri since Oct 2009.;update

I received a bouquet of red roses a few days ago and I photographed them several times in several spots in my apt as they were opening each day, with several cameras to have as a way of studying how to improve my drawings and sketches and paintings of roses. I love roses in almost any variety but I especially love red roses. I tried this morning to make a sketch of them but I was not happy with it. Roses are the most difficult subject I ever drew in my life. I am never happy with my rose sketches but I keep trying. These photos are my "study" of roses to paint from. I also photographed them about 20 more times from different angles. I also photographed a different red flower on walkabout and I included those also. So, I hope all enjoy them but this post is mainly so that when I want to refer to roses, when sketching, painting, and there are no fresh ones, I can pull up this post and refer to it.

It took me from 12:30pm to 1:15 pm to put MY OWN PHOTOS I PHOTOGRAPHED from my own cameras and cameras on my cell phones onto this blog of mine today. This is what the telephone company calls "high speed internet" on their dsl line on a wired telephone. FYI. Cybercriminals in Pittsburgh break into my dsl line to plunder and raid photos because they work for that GOD-forsaken Hillary prodeather who is trying to censor my #prolife photos of human beings in wombs and my #personhood words.

Wooden bridge sketch & abstract sketch made today by Gloria Poole,RN, artist of / in Missouri since oct 2009

I think anyone who has viewed art I made through the years knows that I like the theme of bridges especially walkover bridges. But there are some totally fascinating bridges that people drive over. Covered wooden bridges in rural areas are some of those. Also, the ultra-modern, art-almost, suspension bridges, and the rope suspension bridges that you walk over. I first became mesmerized almost by bridges when I was little girl and with my family we drove over the Sidney Lanier bridge from the mainland coast of Georgia to the islands off coast. It was impressive, overwhelmingly so when I was little as its frame rose up into the sky and I could see it from the windows of the car. Then again when as an adult I drove my own car over that bridge that goes for about 29 miles in Louisiana. And I like that bridge in eastern Missouri that lights up blue at night. And the bridges in London that I saw when I visited there, and the bridges of NY from mainland to Manhatten, and or Long Island. Bridges are wonderful subjects. In some ways I try to build bridges to those in the world who do not know JESUS personally as their Saviour and redeemer, and I try to build bridges of friendship as a U S citizen to other countries, to extend a friendly attitude that 'we, the people of the United States" are not automatically the enemies of "foreigners". Both of these sketches are 8 x 11 on inkjet paper with inktense and markers. I use those fast sort of mediums [and pencils, ink] when I am doodling or distracted instead of brushes which takes more time to clean [wash brushes etc]. Also, scroll down to see the second sketch which is an abstract in red and green. I love those two colors together Maybe it's because I grew up on farm and had vine ripened tomatoes every year, and still love them, and they are that combination. Or maybe because its the colors of the Christmas celebration?

This red and green abstract sketch that I made with inktense then washed with water, and then added some touches with markers, has no particular meaning. I was just restless, too distracted to focus on my oil painting so it is more of a doodle. But it reminds me a bit of poinsettias which are available at Christmas. I learned the gospel in a Southern Baptist, tiny, missionary-oriented church in South Georgia. Every year they took up various collections that specifically raised money for missions. One of those was the Lottie Moon Christmas offering to send missionaries to China, and one was the "Christmas in August" which collected money to send abroad to missionaries at Christmas and it also sent what I call TLC packages at Christmas to missionaries in foreign countries at Christmas so they had gifts from home. I participated in those events [contributing, helping raise awareness, talking on podium] from the age of seven. So, I realized maybe the abstract is a reminder to myself to start thinking along the lines of finding ways to support missions again. Vote out of office all elected officials who vote against innocent human life in womb.

This is blurred because I enlarged it from the size of a postage stamp. It is the scripture from Jeremiah 1:5 in KJV, and it is a slogan of the #prolife cause.

I am reminding world that one of my major goals in life is to help get Constitutional protection for those humans in the womb. Along that line of thought, it is imperative that we the people of the United States vote out of office all those who vote against human life in the womb. This post is about saving the baby humans from premeditated destruction. Thanks to the American Center for Law and Justice who tweeted this info to me, I updated https://news-for-life.blogspot.com with the list of those U S Representatives who voted against the ban on abortion after 20 weeks. I urge you to read the list of those prodeath Representatives and actively work to get them removed from office at next election. We have to #voteprolife and get a #prolife #personhood promoter President next federal election.

Also, I am still making progress on the goal of painting an oil painting to illustrate the song "Remember me this way" as a reward for the #prolife song, "Love has come for you" sung by Edie Brickell and banjo played by comedian Steve Martin. I will post that when I complete it.

The enemies of GOD who are also the enemies of the human race, have attacked two different cell phones of mine yesterday and my ipod, and this account [they inserted malware to dump all prolife news into trash--no doubt the doings of illegal spynet of old Hillary who knows she will never win and who is trying already to prevent the posting of any news anywhere that tells the truth about her killing scheme to kill the future generations of Americans-in-womb. But GOD IS THE GREAT I AM and HE is not influenced by what those who kill do. I am leaving this post on top for a while yet simply because it so infuriated the devil who is the founder of all killing schemes, that there was an assault on any device of mine that I ever bought anywhere in their effort to censor me. But the devil has not won, and I have not quit.

Sketch 2 of Comedian banjo player Steve Martin made by Gloria Poole, RN, artist of / in Missouri on 9th June 2015; Update

This is the second sketch I drew and painted from memory last evening. I have seen Steve Martin on TV several times so decided to try to draw him from my memory. In this sketch, I corrected his hair so it looks more like hair. In this first sketch on previous post, I had drawn it quickly with ink pen. I drew this sketch with watercolor pencils. Also, I think I made his smile too wide in this sketch. I will look at more photos of him and do more sketches. Also, I have firmed up in my mind quite a bit how I want to paint the oil painting about that song, "painter paint my portrait" that is titled "Remember me this way, in whch Steve Martin plays the banjo and Edie Brickell sings the words. This is sketch I made on Tues evening 9th of June of this week as a PRELIMINARY sketch of idea for the oil painting to paint as described in the song" Remember me this way". I may not paint the oil painting at all like this. A sketch is refining an idea or trying to grasp it in mind, or toying with ways to make it or details. It is not a final work of art. This is 8 x 11 on paper in watercolor, inktense and acrylic. I have more sketches to do but have begun painting in the background with oils on canvas as described in the song' painter paint more portrait" which is titled "Remember me this way." This sketch has a cartoon quality and in fact, sketches are called cartoons in art history, according to the art history I studied to be a docent at the High Museum of Art in Atlanta, Ga years ago. I am wanting to flesh-out the people when I paint it into oils. I am not certain of the images of the spouses of Edie Brickell [Paul Simon] and Steve Martin's wife [whom I saw in photos on web]. So, I realize the may not look anything like this. I have to research more and make more sketches. But world can see this sketch. Also, I saw news photos of the Brickell children and since they were teens, I inlcuded them in the dining room chairs, and a baby vaguely on Mrs Martin's lap. this is only a start to an oil painting.

Also, if I have to state the obvious the tile Ms is a title used for a woman who is single again; was married but now divorced. Whether or not I put that title in anything does not change my status. I am not married since Oct 2007 when 2nd divorce occurred in Arapahoe County Colorado & that is recorded on state archives for Colorado. I moved to Missouri on Oct 31, 2009. I am repeating this because yesterday in TWO accounts of mine that I began and have had for long time [one of them almost 20 years] I had to login FOUR times from different browsers, and change security settings to get control of my inboxes again. In the url address of those two problems that consumed hours of my time yesterday trying to regain control of, was showing "Den" in the url address so I knew somebody somewhere had tried to hijack those accounts AGAIN. I do NOT have family or friends in Colorado. I do not consider my 2nd exhusband with initials DBP,who tried to kill me four times to be a 'friend". He is my worst enemy on this earth, and he should be in federal prison for many reasons.The two web-identified imposters who try to steal my blog/photos/ art work and name are named "mbah gulung " and "Antwon" and I have notified the @FBI about them before; and they seem to be using Facebook and other platforms to screen capture my blogs and add to their blogs. This blog and all blogs I own and create including Tapestry of LIFE is copyrighted and I own the copyright to it/them. I do not personally know either "mbah gulung" or "Antwon" and do not plan too. I consider them to be enemies since they tried to steal my identity.

Sketches of Steve Martin, Edie Brickell, and background made by Ms Gloria Poole, RN,artist of / in Missouri on 7 June 2015

This is sketch number 1 I made of Steve Martin the comedian who plays banjo in the songs I wrote about in the previous tweet. Obviously I have to sketch him a few more times to perfect it. This is 8 x 11 on paper and is powdered pastels. I made these sketches, signed them, photographed them and uploaded them today 7 June 2015.

Remember that I [artist Gloria Poole] am a single again woman, white, Christian WOMAN and I have lived in Missouri since Oct 2009 and that is necessary to write because of attempts by cybercriminals to steal my name and my art and my telephones by using hacking methods at servers and Facebook ID theft. There was proof of that in my inbox again today. I have the actual phones but they break into them from remote on the carrier's servers. I am simply clarifying because my real name is Gloria Poole. I do NOT have a Facebook nor a Pinterest account and never did, for the record. Scroll to see the sketches I made of Edie Brickell but I think I have a pretty good idea how she looks now so am starting on sketches of Steve Martin.

5 sketches of Edie Brickell made by Gloria Poole, RN, artist of / in Missouri on 6 June 2015

This is sketch number 5 that I drew in ink yesterday while looking at singer Edie Brickell on youtube. I painted this sketch with powdered pastels. I made a series of sketches of her to see if I could "capture" her image and personality in art form. I did this because of her song with Steve Martin accompanying on banjo of "Remember me this way" to a painter to paint her portrait. And also because of their song "Love has come to you" that is really a great #prolife song. Since I advocate for the right to life, I wanted a way to thank them for that song. So the inspiration is from the other song, "painter paint my portrait" and I am making efforts to do that for both singer Edie Brickell and also for Steve Martin. I can only focus on one subject at time and started with singer Edie because of the words of the song. These sketches are preliminary sketches intended to help me define how I want an oil painting to look. I realize in the song "remember me this way", she asked for "horses and house in the background and children all around". I have to think on that some to think on composition of it. But here are the five sketches I made yesterday and early this morning 6th June 2015. I drew this in ink first then I painted with acrylics and is 8 x 11 on paper. I put these out-of-sequence because I wanted to put the two sketches that I think most "captures" her first. I signed it, photographed it, uploaded it and put it on this blog of mine as is true of all of these sketches and indeed all art on this blog of mine . Also if you scroll to the sketch labeled as sketch 1 you will see that I wrote notes to myself in the margin so when I painted it I had way to jog memory of how she appears in video. I used five different combinations of mediums in these sketches which often helps me decide how it will look in oils.

This is sketch 2 I drew in ink then painted it with acrylics. I put various background and "clothing" experimenting with what looks best to be "the brightest clothes in town " which I think is words of their song. It is also 8 x 11 on paper.

This is sketch 3 that I drew first in ink of Edie Brickell from watching her perform on video. I painted it with watercolor. It is also 8 x 11 on paper.

This is sketch 4 I drew in ink and painted of Edie Brickell and I painted this one with chalk pencils, which is a medium I have used only twice in my life! So, it was an experiment for certain. It is also 8 x 11 on paper.

This is sketch 1 that I drew quickly yesterday in ink of singer Edie Brickell. I realized it was not a good likeness so tried four more times. I put this one last in the series because I wanted people to see it in proper perspective since it was to do-over. It is 8 x 11 on paper in polychrome and pencils. I drew all of these while their video was on my computer screen and I drew by stopping the frame to see it as a still. A do-over sketch is to an artist what a practice session in recording studio is to a singer. And a sketch is to a finished painting as a practice session is to a concert or recording onto permanent media is to a singer or band.

Those are area codes of the numbers of criminals who broke into my accounts.

This is one of my christian cross necklaces that I own, and wear at times and my left hand to remind all that I am Southern Baptist, born again, Christian, woman and adhere to the words of JESUS as The Messiah foretold by Old Testament.
Since I am a #prolife #Christian who takes seriously the commandment in Matthew 28: 18-20, KJV, I make an effort regularly to publish the gospel in some way, to promote the prolife cause and to be a good representative of Christianity. Being a good Christian does not mean turning a blind eye to sin, however, as some fake christians believe. It is not loving to stand by idly while people go to hell.
