Sketch of couple time by Gloria Poole of Missouri and Georgia;Update2

This is a quick sketch I drew and painted in acrylics this morning from 7 am to about 9 am, photographed and uploaded. I am also including the pencil drawing of it. These are NOT real people but people I created with a pencil and paints. I have created a new logo using "digital ink" for my temporary use until I paint one with paints. I have several "irons in the fire" as they say in the South and am just doing them at leisurely pace. It is 30 degrees here in Missouri where I live today and I generally sort of "cocoon" or "hibernate" when it is that cold and create art. I have some new blank canvases and I intend to start a new painting after I eat my lunch today. So, I am always happy when I have canvases to paint! I am content usually to "entertain myself" for hours doing that. I would like to have a good man in my life but I realize it would have to be such a wonderfully understanding, and patient, and good man to cope with me, and accept me as I am and not try to pound me literally into his idea of the "model woman'. [But I know I would not love a man who had no passion for me either!] Also, the ocean is something I have always loved. In my first marriage we had a motor boat with an 80p hp Mercury outboard motor and I LOVED that boat! And we spent a lot of time skiing and camping at lake but not so much time at ocean. So, IF GOD ever brings another man into my life, I am praying he likes oceans !

This is the pencil drawing I drew as preliminary that I painted to create the above sketch.

UPDATE 2 Jan 2015 at 11:36am by me Gloria: I painted an oil painting yesterday to add to my ethnic series "#ethnicseries" and named it "Viennese Violinist" [of Austria in #EU] and it is totally different from the preliminary sketch I posted to this blog [which you can see if you scroll back one post]. I did not simply paint the sketch as I do sometimes but started over on canvas and using oil paints instead of watercolors or acrylics. I purposely changed it to make the "pretend person" look straight at viewer, and to change "clothing" of it from a bow tie to a tie that men in a symphony wear with their tuxedos, and to try to paint the skin tones and hair color of a photo I saw in a brochure of a very young Viennese boy. I did not paint from that photo except to try to acheive skin tones and blondish hair that was clearly identified as "Viennese". However, I am aware that most likely Viennese come in all "flavors" to use a well-known analogy. I posted the completed oil painting and 3 close-ups of it to another blog of mine that has been a constant battle to retain control of and that is: https://gloriapoole-paintings.blogspot.com. So I am documenting all of that here,and that I did create another painting for my #ethnicseries paintings that I began in year 2006 when I lived in Colorado [but I was not born in Colorado but in the state of Georgia and I am a native-born U S citizen.] I MOVED to Missouri in Oct 2009, and am a single again woman .Since I tweeted a few days ago that I would be painting in oils someone tried to hijack a cell phone number of mine and my blog https://gloriapoole-paintings.blogspot.com. I got control of it again today by adding the painting I painted yesterday and making changes to the security settings and adding in my photo of the U S flag I photographed. This paragraph is to document for law enforcement [@FBI; and @Google] events that happened that may possibly concern anyone who has a Google account or a dsl line, or cell phones. I am law-abiding and the only reason law enforcement would be surveilling me is to help me and my two daughters Jennifer and Leigh stay alive by watching for online stalkers.

This is the U S flag to remind all that I am a U S citizen born in the state of Georgia and that I have all civil liberties including the first amendment rights to publish my thoughts, beliefs, words, poems, art, political goals without interference by the federal government and the right to protest the governments and the right to worship GOD.

This is a cross necklace of mine that I post intermittently to blogs to remind all that I am a Southern Baptist Christian woman, single again, and that I adhere to the Holy Bible including the commandments, the prohibitions against worshipping idols or images and the words of JESUS.

This is my signature I created using a so-called "oil brush" in a graphics program to create it quickly to make note of the New Year changing today.
