This was because I remembered that when my youngest daughter Leigh, was a child she was afraid of the dark, so I made up a story about "floating on a cloud"about how easy it was to go to sleep if she imagined herself floating on a cloud sort of like floating on a float in the ocean waves. That childhood story worked. So, I tried to draw a surreal image of that story I created years ago. Gloria Poole,Registered Nurse, artist, writer, author, cartoonist, mother of 2 grown daughters; U S citizen,, WHITE woman; twice-divorced , alive and well enough [still with 11 metal screws and a metal plate in one leg secondary to trauma, and still with some problems with balance also secondary to deliberate trauma [concussed brain] caused to me in years 2006 and 2011 [or 2012, I sorta lost a year mentally]. I am using my own computer [or one of them, ] and one of my routers, and my own "skills"and creativity to create art and post it; from my own not-shared apartment in Springfield Missouri.
