Pencil drawings by Gloria Poole of Missouri and Georgia; Update

I, Gloria Poole, drew all of these over time in either pencil or pen and signed them, photographed them, uploaded them. I own all rights to all art, words, photos I create.

This is the preliminary sketch I created for the oil painting I painted later and named "The Sultan" and I have displayed that oil painting on blogs intermittently along with other ethnic series of art I am creating. I had to enlarge it because cyber-criminals at remote location tried to attach themselves to this drawing. That is because I had this drawing with me in my sketch book when I was in the federal courtroom in Denver CO in Jan 2009 summoned as a creditor and I showed it to the Judge and transcriber that day. So they know it is my drawing. So, criminals who try to avoid prosecution have tried to annihilate me from life and from the web, but GOD is bigger than they are. And I am still alive and still creating art almost every day.

I drew this sketch when I lived in Atlanta , GA metro during years 1986-1999 and it is one of the first times I tried to create a drawing that was complex and detailed. I named it "Renaissance man".

I drew this sketch trying to see if I could draw a broken nose. That came about because my daughter Leigh was in middle school and she said she broke her nose by running into something. But her nose didn't appear to be broken but she wasn't convinced. I was trying to show her how a broken nose looks but I didn't want her to get it in her mind her nose was broken so I didn't want to draw broken nose on her face.

I drew this sketch in same time frame and in Atlanta, Ga also.

I drew this because a friend I had in the Atlanta GA area had remarried and was having difficult time with her children from her first marriage adjusting to step-father.

I drew this from a photo of my mother when she was about 20 but I changed the face of it some because I didn't think I could do it well enough to please her. I never showed it to her. My mother's grandfather was very very good at drawing and that is where I first loved the idea of drawing--seeing his drawing board and his supplies and then his finished, rolled up, drawings to transport for his work.

This is my drawing of "King Arthur" as I imagine him to have looked like. Whether he actually looked like this, I do not know. I realize that I have studied art in magazines and photos, thumb nail size images in brochures, flyers, wall posters since I was a very young child. And I realize that those images made impression on me so I can never quite say how I came to think a particular person looked a particular way because all of those images are stored somewhere in my brain's memory cells. I create what I call "composite people" or "pretend people" assembling a face with pen/ pencils/paint just as someone would from legos.

This is my drawing of my youngest daughter Leigh when she was four years old. She is grown now and married.

This is my signature I wrote on this paper palette with the year and my current state of residence to use a logo for the time being.

For the record and to establish provenance of art I have already created also: the art I have created and signed and posted to this blog of mine is part of an on-going series of art I created since year 1991 beginning in Atlanta, GA that "blossomed" in year 2005 in Aurora, Colorado when I lived there for one year [May 2006-May 2007], and art began to really become an integral part of my efforts to save the baby humans from premeditated destruction. In 2005, I began to realize I could use the art to illustrate my talking points in some cases, and to build a secondary "career' for me as artist. In the year 2006 when I had endured and lived to tell about it a violent crash down a flight of stairs and had trauma, fractures, concussion, because my then-husband DBP tried to kill me to 'make it look like an accident" and he tried to twist off my broken leg, I had immobility for months except on crutches and walking boot after surgery to repair fractures and implant metal. As I sat with leg propped up I began to draw daily and paint to occupy the time and my mind. I also began to post art to the web on my blogs and websites, and also photographs I had photographed. I began a series of art then that is named "ethnic series by Gloria" [me] to attempt to draw and paint an art work of every ethnic group tribe, language, culture in the world and I created eight initial oil paintings in the first batch and posted them to the web on domains of mine. I moved from Aurora to zip code 80203 for 2 and 1/2 years and then moved to Missouri on Oct 31, 2009 with the art I had in my possession at that time. I paint some of the sketches I created in do-overs into oils on canvas and those are very visible on the web. I was glad to end that four year horrible marriage of multiple trauma and injuries to me caused by male DBP, [which I testified about in Court on several occasions ].
