But writing for the court, Justice Jeffrey Boyd said those state officials have no enforcement authority, “either directly or indirectly." Anti-abortion groups, who pushed GOP lawmakers to approve the law, also called it a significant victory....

The following is article about preserving life in children by recognizing the serious consequences of concussion in children and being wise about which sports are appropriate for young children.
Concussion in children does have consequences:
